Your iPhone could emulate Nintendo Wii controllers

The first video game that links an iPhone or iPod Touch with your PC, to give Nintendo's Wii control, has been developed. You move the mobile like the Wii controller and it interacts with the FREE PC games!

The company Social Gaming Network has a great following with its Face book and iPhone, iPod Touch games. The new games iFun and iGolf are FREE and cross platform and use the motion-sensor and accelerometer built into the iPone and iPod Touch devices.

Connection using 3G or Wi-Fi to use the FREE PC-based games. in a first for mobile, web and social gaming world it's like having a Wii controller on the go...

You can play the games by regestering your iPod or iPhone device using their Facebook account. Games can be played on or offline.

iFun and iGolf are FREE to download form the Apple App Store - later this year iTennis will join the pair.

Hopefully other phones with this functionality like Google G1 will also work soon.

So they hope you'll download their games rather than spend loads on a new console - I have my doubts...
